- • Monthly retainers: Invoiced and due at the beginning of each month
- • Full-service packages: Payment terms as specified in your agreement
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in service suspension. A late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

- • Respond to communication and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
- • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide

- • Service-based work is generally non-refundable once work has commenced

9. Results and Guarantees
9.1 No Guaranteed Results
While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results such as revenue, leads, conversions, or ROI. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market conditions, and customer behavior.
9.2 Performance Claims
Any case studies, testimonials, or results mentioned on our website represent specific client experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
10. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
